Deanne is an organisational and people performance specialist and the founder and managing director of Insync Workplace Solutions. She started her career as a police officer before moving into work health and safety then into private industry where she held executive level roles in human resources, work health, safety & well-being, organisational learning & development. Deanne started Insync Workplace Solutions in 2012 and now spends her time working with individuals and organisations around the globe, helping them unlock their full potential and gain the competitive edge. Deanne holds formal qualifications and experience in human resources, change management, coaching, neuroscience, psychology, mindfulness, work health & safety and learning and development. She is also certified in the Lego Serious Play methodology, Conversational Intelligence (CIQ), Genos Emotional Intelligence, DiSC and various other coaching methodologies and assessment tools.
